Horizon, Alaska Offer Special Good Buys; Travel through June 13

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 9, 2002--Horizon Air and Alaska Airlines are offering special low fares to a variety of favorite destinations throughout the Northwest, western Canada, Arizona, California, Colorado and Mexico.

To take advantage of these special low fares, tickets must be purchased by April 18.

Sale includes travel to the San Francisco Bay area, Southern California, Denver, Boston, Las Vegas, Reno, Phoenix and Washington, D.C., and resort destinations in Mexico through June 13.

"This is a great time to buy and enjoy great savings off our lowest regular fares for travel through spring," said Patrick Zachwieja, vice president of marketing and planning.

A seven-day advance purchase and minimum stay requirements apply to these fares. The fares are for travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, and will be higher for travel on other days. Tickets are non-refundable, and seats at this sale fare are limited and may not be available on all flights and days.

The above fares include Federal Excise Tax and any applicable fuel surcharges, but they do not include Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 (amount depends on itinerary), Federal Segment Tax of $3 per segment (takeoff and landing) on itinerary, and September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement (up to $10). Round-trip sale fares may be limited and are non-refundable; however, the flight ticket can be changed for a $50 fee, plus any applicable changes in fare. All fares are subject to change without notice.
