Alaska Airlines Resumes King Salmon/Dillingham Service

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 2001--Alaska Airlines (NYSE:ALK) will resume service to King Salmon and Dillingham starting April 14.

Alaska Airlines Flight 122 will provide service from Anchorage to King Salmon, continuing to Dillingham and returning to Anchorage on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. April 28, the same flight will begin daily service.

"We are pleased to again provide service to Dillingham and King Salmon," said Gregg Saretsky, Alaska's senior vice president of marketing and planning. "We recognize that air service is critical to these communities."

In November, Alaska temporarily suspended flights to both King Salmon and Dillingham. The flights will be operated using Boeing 737-200 combi aircraft. Scheduled flight times are:

Alaska Airlines Flight 122

  • Departs Anchorage, 4:16 p.m.; arrives King Salmon, 5:15 p.m.

  • Departs King Salmon, 5:51 p.m.; arrives Dillingham, 6:17 p.m.

  • Departs Dillingham, 6:52 p.m.; arrives Anchorage 7:51 p.m.

After May 20, Flight 122 will be replaced with a daily non-stop flight between Anchorage and King Salmon and another daily non-stop between Anchorage and Dillingham. At that time, an additional flight between Anchorage and King Salmon will operate Monday, Wednesday and Friday and between Anchorage and Dillingham will operate Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
