SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 6, 2002--Dividends just increased for Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan members.

The airline announced a new partnership with top-ranked online brokerage ShareBuilder that allows people to earn frequent flyer miles as they invest.

With no account or investment minimums, and no annual fees, Mileage Plan members can earn up to 10,000 miles through a program of regular and automatic investing with ShareBuilders.

Mileage Plan members will receive 2,500 miles when they open and fund a new Mileage Plan ShareBuilder account, and an additional 1,500 miles each year on an active account's anniversary date, up to a maximum of 10,000 miles.

Members can go to www.alaskaair.com and click on promotions to begin an automatic investing program for a $4 fee per recurring purchase transaction or $12 per month for unlimited "All you can Build" stock purchases.
